RoombaNet - The robot that vacuums and serves web pages.
Using a gumstix MIT graduate Bryan Adams is hacking into the iRobots (where he now works) using a low-level control attached that can communicate wirelessly using a small gumstix board. The control exploits the new Serial Command Interface that allows users to both drive the Roomba and read its sensorial data. The control attempts to both output data and avoid issues of autonomous override which normally happens when users start steering the robot.
